The Wales Interpretation and Translation Service have introduced a new contact method called ‘Sign Video’ which allows members of the D/deaf community to contact WITS through a BSL interpreter via their smartphone or tablet regarding basic enquiries (I.E. to check on an interpreter’s status/availability for your particular appointment) find a video explaining the service further below.
