Wales Council for Deaf People are proud of our unique reputation as the only truly Welsh national organisation representing Deaf and Hard of Hearing people within Wales. Building on our work which began in the 1950’s it is essential that we continue to assist Deaf and hard of hearing people to bring about a difference in quality of life and service provision.
Fundraising to us isn’t just about raising money it’s about raising awareness too. To us, they are of equal importance.
The Deaf Community and hard of hearing people face many barriers each day. It is our mission to break down these barriers and to do this we need your help.
How do we plan to do this?
Throughout 2016 and beyond we will be hosting a number of fun and exciting fundraising events – for what’s on when please visit our events calendar on our homepage!
