Meet Our Volunteer Lead
Hello everyone! I'm Sharon, and I'm delighted to introduce myself as the Volunteer Lead for Action Deafness Cymru (ADC).
My role is all about supporting the incredible individuals who dedicate their time to our organisation. I oversee all aspects of volunteering at ADC, ensuring our volunteers feel valued, trained, and connected to our mission.
Crucially, I also maintain close links with all our Peer Groups. These vital groups serve as community hubs for Deaf, DeafBlind, and hard of hearing people across the region. By working closely with these groups, I ensure our volunteers are directed to where their support is most needed and that we are fully engaged with the heart of our community.
If you are a current volunteer, or interested in starting your volunteering journey with ADC, please don't hesitate to get in touch!
