Project Plant is an exciting, new space within our building which will be used for teaching BSL to parents & families, as well as for support groups for parents with Deaf babies & children.

The project name encapsulates our amibition with the space, as well as providing some nice word play in Welsh as well as English!

Plants, being beautiful, growing life which often need care and attention, (as well as us having a sensory garden full of them just next door), whilst also being the Welsh word for children.

The room itself is named posthumously after Sharon Phillips, a Teacher of the Deaf that had worked hard in supporting us as a charity, as well as many Deaf families in the community.

If you would like to visit the room, or want further details on the family BSL courses we will be running, please get in touch
